About

Arena is a B2B payments platform that provides two solutions; Arena Pay - a platform for business loans, bills and invoice payments, and Arena CFO - expert financial consulting. The goal was to design their payment platform and marketing website. One of the major challenges was to transform an offline, manual invoicing model into a digital one, making it straight-forward for customers to make payments.

Our Solution

We came in at the very beginning of the project and worked closely with the founders of Arena on finalizing business requirements and functional specifications. We conceptualized several models of the platform, conducted a number of user testing trials and subsequently designed the information architecture, wireframes, and created visual designs for the MVP app, adding features to the UI progressively.

The app was released in several stages, the first of which was a tracking dashboard for business loans and a vendor payment portal.
